The Resort
Los Cristianos has become a popular tourist resort lying on the south west corner of Tenerife. Originally a traditional Canarian fishing village, the resort has been carefully developed and now boasts two beaches and an attractive promenade bustling with bars, restaurants and shops.

Most of the older Los Cristianos property tends to be located towards the harbour area, the newer complexes have evolved as the resort has expanded outwards. The newer Los Cristianos Apartments are generally located slightly away from the central Los Cristianos resort and harbour area. Wherever the location, a short walk will take you everywhere but the resort is also very well served with taxis. Tenerife also has a very good bus service which connects Los Cristianos with the other main resorts and the entire island.
Many Los Cristianos Properties have been constructed within self contained communal complexes, most of which have swimming pools, sunbathing and garden areas. Wherever they are located, nearly all of these complexes are near local satellite amenities which include bars, shops and restaurants. Everything tends to be close at hand in Los Cristianos.
