As Tenerife Estate Agents, we offer Tenerife luxury villa rentals on a long term rental basis. We classify long term letting as a rental for a period of more than three months. Long term lets would normally be for a period three to six months, or even twelve months and they are often renewable.
Tenants
When renting a luxury villa in Tenerife as a tenant it is normal to pay a deposit which will be held to ensure any damage can be rectified quickly in readiness for future letting. The property will be let in good order and an inventory provided, you will need to check the inventory and notify us if anything is damaged or missing. The will be checked when you depart and the deposit returned subject to everything being in order.
When entering into a long term rental agreement we would ask that you give one months notice of intent to leave so that we can advertise the property for rental again. Should you wish to extend the agreement please let us know one month before the agreement expires so that we can check with the owner.
